I've got a few ideas for some of the vehicles of the Terrans, I consider them being part of Imperial Guard Lists:
I used Starcraft I & 2 Units:


Goliath - 125 Points
Walker - Armour 12 12 10
Ws 3 Bs 3 S6 I 3 A 1

Weapons:
Exterminator-Autocannon
(Alternative would be Twinlinked Autocannon with underslung Twinlinked Heavy Bolters - would make "Heavy Armament obsolete)
Twinlinked Hyperios-Missilelauncher

Special Rules:
Heavy Armament: May only fire one Weapon in the Shooting Phase

Auto-targeting System (Missile Launcher only):
Skimmers cannot claim the cover save gained due to moving flat out against shots fired by the Goliath. Similarly, bikes cannot claim the cover save gained due to turbo-boosting against shots fired by the Goliath

Options:
Multi-Lock Weapon System: +15 Points
May fire his weapons according to the normal rules.

Charon-Booster: +15 Points
Increase Range of Hyperios Missilelauncher to 60"



Viking - 135

Air-Mode:
Vehicle (Flyer, Hover Mode) or Skimmer, Fast
Armour 12 12 10
BF 3

Assault Mode:
Walker - Armour 12 12 10
KG 3 BF 3 S6 I 3 A 1


Weapons:
Typhoon Missile Launcher (with Krak-Missiles Only) with AA-Mount& Heat Seeker (reroll misses against flyers) (Air Mode)

and

Twinlinked Assault Cannon (Assault Mode)
or 2x Twinlinked Short-Barreled Heavy Bolters (24")
or Twinlinked Light Gatling Cannon
(Range 24" S 5 AP - Heavy 10)


Transformation:
Viking may switch from Air to Assault Mode or vice versa in the Movement Phase. It sacrifices its entire movement. Walker-viking may still assault in the Assault Phase

Options:
Phobos-Class Weapon Systems: + 15 Points
Increase Missile Launcher Range to 60"
Increase Assault Mode Weapon Range to 36"




Wraith - 130
Vehicle Flyer, Hover Mode or Skimmer, Fast
Armour 12 11 10

Weapons:
Multilaser
2x Light Skystrike Missile-Launcher (Range 48", unlimited Ammunition)

Impossible Manoeuvres (See Eldar Nightwing Interceptor)

Options:
Displacement Field: +20 Points
Wraith always counts as obscured, no matter of movement.






Hellion - 40
Tauros with Heavy Flamer

Options:
Twin-Linked Flamethrower: +10 Points
Does what it says ;-p

Infernal Pre-Lighter: +15 Points
Replace Heavy Flamer with Flamestorm Cannon




Vulture - 28
WS 3 BS 3 S 3 T 3(5) W 2 I 3 A 1 LD 7 Sv 4+

Unit Composition: 1-6 Bikes
Unit Type: Jetbike
Wargear: Tauros Grenade Launcher

Special rules:
Siege Mode: The 120mm Cannon can only be fired indirectly, and the tank has to be stationary this turn.

Range 24"-72" S 6 AP 2 Ordnance 1, 5" Explosive, Indirect Fire
Replaces Shock Cannon



Thor - 350 Points

Options:
Immortality Protocol: +75 Points
When Rolling on the Catastrophic Damage Table, replace 4 (Explosion) with 4( Wrecked)
The Player rolls a D6 each Turn the Wreck is in play, on 5+, Thor rebuilds itself with 1 structure Point + (1D3-1) Weapons
Add +1 to Rebuild-Roll for every failed attempt.

330 mm Cannons: +75 Points
Upgrade for 250mm Cannons: Use 5" Blast Templates.





Odin - 1000 Points

Superheavy Walker- Armour 14 14 13
Ws 2 Bs 3 S10 I 2 A 2

Structure Points: 5

Weapons and Equipment:
2x T800 Cannons (Range 72 S 10 AP 1 Ordnance 2, 5" Blast, Primary Weapon
4x Skystrike-Missile-Launcher

550 mm Cannons
( Range 24"-150" S10 AP 2 Ordnance 3D3, Explosive 7" Blast, Barrage, one use only, Primary Weapon)

or

Nuke - counts as Vortex Missile

Special Rules:
Reactor Meltdown: Apocalyptic Explosion is 5D6 with S 10 AP 2, Melta

Towering Monstrosity: Mimimum Weapon range of T800 against GROUND Targets is 12"
