Meltas are the most reliable weapons vs. AV 13/14, hands down.
If you accept this, then there are not too many options left.
HG with meltas, Speeders with multimeltas. What else?

Ya. I've decided to remove the drop pod + Honour Guard with 4 Meltas and put in 3x LandSpeeders all with a MM

Both come out almost at the same price.
Make sure to keep the Speeder out of sight (behind an armored wall) when they approach the enemy.

A word of caution with the Land Speeders. If you have the FA slots available, spread them out. No reason they can't operate as a unit, but squadrons are a very iffy proposition for units that can fall to Bolter fire. Because while you downgrade Stunned to Shaken, Immobilized is now the same as Destroyed even if you didn't move. So any Penetration now has a 50/50 chance of knocking one of the Speeders out of the air.

It's one of the reasons I prefer Attack Bikes. That and the fact that the Bikes can assault anything they attack. A lot of folks are worried about getting tarpitted with AB squadrons, but I'll take that risk over losing an entire Squadron to a single Multi-laser attack.

Honestly if you do have multiple FA slots I'd suggest taking a mix of Attack Bikes and Speeders.

Ya I wish I did. I run 2x Baal Predators though so I won't be able to do that. I will just be holding them behind a wall of AV 13 Preds.
