Your main Anti vehicle is the broadsides ma man. They are always the forefront of your AV purge, the HH should be used as a AV or AI depending on the situation.

question, i play against chaos a lot and he loves his metal boxews, in 2500 he has like 8 rhino 2 landraiders.... im trying to think about distance for taking them out

Have 2 BS and HH go for the Rhinos and 1 of the broadsides go for a land raider and hope to get lucky. And repeat that every turn.
And make sure you are as far away from them as possible. You want the Rhino to be killed so the unit within has to walk slowly across the board where your Suits deal with them (Prioritise rhinos holding units such as terminators or CC/Close quarter specialists.)

Hey im da dude who posted for ledabot on the chaos thing, im just trying to help him get some advice on beating me, cause ive got anouther mate who tau's and he gets owned by my slaan horde... so im just helping these guys out by getting them some advice

They should post in the 40k tactics board for that. Much more people will post with more help then I can. (never vs chaos with my tau)
