Nice work for your first army. I also applaud you for finishing your figures including the bases. For some reason, many collectors forget that their figs stand on bases and do nothing with them. My only suggestion for your future painting endeavors would be to thin down your paints a little. Dip your brush in water and then apply paint to it each time. This will really improve the look of your models. Ver nice detail work!

But, to be serious for a moment, those ultramarines are really nice, and great for a beginner.
I almost want to thank above threadomancer for bringing this up, as I missed it the first time, but I cannot forgive his heinous crime!
