Subject: Dirty TV secrets..or..I can't believe I'm watching this garbage.
I'd have to say Enterprise. Just for the gak-tastic intro, which really should have been Rick Astley singing his famous song. I think Misfits is a great show, really interesting how they take a off the wall/goofy subject and go with it. Season 2 Ep.2 was sad but good, really wished they had not killed Jamie.

I wouldn't class Gordon Ramsey as a 'guilty pleasure' - that's just good man-telly! I just watched an awesome special of his, where he goes to India. Whereas normally, most travelogues treat the native cultures with reverence and respect, Rambo just steams into some dude's hut and goes 'what the feth is that on your head!? Are you some sort of fething chief or something?'

Yes the plots are transparent and simple.

...But,I can't help it...I watched Supernatural with my Missus and this show has hooked me through the gills to the point of recording past season episodes so I can watch them later.

Why is supernatural like that? Its amazing, best TV series i have ever seen (apart from buffy/angel?)
The One Show, back when it was hosted by Chiles and Bleakley.
More recently Harald Gloockler Prince of Fashion has to be the most shameful.
Both of these shows are a bit like when you have a good blow of your nose, you cant help but look even though you know that what you'll see will be unpleasant.

As I said,I've become hooked on Supernatural so I obviously enjoy the show...but seriously I see it as pure kitsch,not that that's a bad thing.
Buffy & Angel would fall into the same category I suppose,but of lesser "quality" than Supernatural IMO.
