Finally got my bag from my friend. Here's the pics.
Vehicle bits

Figure bits

My buddy and I split the 2 bags for 45 bucks deal, so with shipping, figure about 25 bucks a bag. We also did a bit of bits trading, mostly I traded him 3 elf bodies and some Dark Eldar arms for some of his Space Marine bits (the blood angel torsos in the corner and a few of the termie bts. Also, I trimmed a good pile of sprue out before taking the picture. Still the pics are a pretty fair representation of what the bag contained.

Pros.
-A nice amount of vehicle bits. These will be great for vehicle and terrain building.
-Most of the torsos were provided with both front and back
-Several of the arms were complete R/L pairs.

Cons
-Lots of sprue
-Almost no fantasy bits in either of our bags!
-Almost no collection of bits capable of making a full figure in either bag.
-Lots of the vehicle bits were the kind that everyone already seems to have alot of. Hooks, HK Missliles, etc.

Final Judgement.
Not really worth it in my opinion. The selection of bits just aren't that usefull. This is a very subjective jusdgement of course, but I would have rather spend the cash on a squad of figures or dropped another 10 bucks and gotten a kit that would have left me with complete figures and lots of bits. I'm a sucker for bits so maybe I'll try again next year, but I doubt it.

I'm going to keep the wrist bolter, 2 BA torsos Termie heads and arm pairs and lightning claws. Everything else is fair game for trading or selling. If you see something you like PM me.

Got mine finally. Included were 2 lascannons from IG, 2 missile launchers or mortars for IG, not sure which they are, 2 IG heavy bolters plus various bits of guardsmen, possibly enough to complete 2-3 soldiers, and assorted random IG accessories. Various bits from Deathwing motorcycles, some weird space marine backpacks with pipes sticking out of them, a storm bolter for a non-terminator marine, some space marine vehicle spotlights and misc bits, portions of an eldar support platform including missile launcher, some weird historical Persian soldier miniatures, 2 complete soldiers of that. Also got some Chaos fantasy shields, various purity seals, badges and icons for space marines, a powerfist and lightning claw for marines, 1.5 torsos for Tau stealth suits and a Tau blaster or gun of some sort (bot not legs or arms).

All in all I'm not too impressed with this bits bag. I ordered the mega bits bag and not the special black friday one. I probably wouldn't buy another one based on this.

The difference between the Mondo(black friday bag) and the Mega bag is considerable. I wouldn't order the smaller bag simply because you don't have as much stuff in it and the odds of you getting anything you want are greatly reduced. And if you're ordering these bags hoping for specifics, you're not spending your money very wisely. This is mostly for conversions and custom models.

Sounds like you guys got some pretty good bags, but they weren't what you'd hoped for.

Just recieved mine today (only took a week to be delivered to the UK too). The contents were a little dissapointing, really nothing there other than titbits to add onto other miniatures like pouches and scrolls. For the price I was expecting for better conversion bits (the marine parts are really just what you get in the basic sets). Nothing from any of the newer armies, and quite a large ratio of Marine parts to everything else (well they're close to the amount of Chatachan bits, but who plays them?). I'd say that its a decent buy for marine players, but if your playing any other army I'd avoid it unless you've got a use for those and are hoping that you get something else that might be useful.

Space Marines:
About one complete vehicle upgrade sprue (pintle mounted storm bolter/smoke launchers etc) + two additional smoke launchers
Six Terminator Powerfists + Terminator Assault Cannon
Five bolters + pouchers and purity seals
Assorted Space Wolf parts (six heads, thunderhammer, two sholuder pads, etc)
Assorted Dark Angel bits (five shoulder pads, a load of symbols and parchment, four heads)
Arm carrying bolt pistol, another with a plasma pistol and another with a chainsword
One robed dark angel body-minus the front breastplate

Chaos Space Marines:
About a fifth of the vehicle upgrade sprue (smoke launchers, two symbols and the eye of horus)

Imperial Guard:
Two missile launchers, two heavy bolter, a mortar, and a lascannon. One tripod. ¬¬
Enough parts to make two complete Chatchan heavy weapon team members
Assorted Chatachan Heavy weapons squad extras (machetes, a backpack, a few heads)
Two sets of legs, and three torsos off of Chatachan Jungle Fighters

Eldar
Barrel from a D-Cannon. 0.o

Three Terminator bases

From that I think that I cam make a few Chatachan heavy weapons teams if I add a few arms, and well...that's about it. Pitty that my guard are wearing full bodysuits. =/
