Ah! Mr Whalemusic, I have been trying to contact you for a while, my new laptop will not let me send emails or PM's to anyone yet I can still receive them! I believe I have a plasma marine of yours that wants to go home? Back on topic, I was not sure what colour to do the skull as I could not paint is white (due to the armour being the same colour) I chose green to match the Aquila on his chest and helmet. Weathering was really simple, just sponge dab some charadon granite and voila!
