It's rumored to be next year! Legions of Chaos codex or something like that. I'm guessing it will focus on World Eaters, DG, Emperor's Children, 1k sons and Black Legion. I'm looking forward to it also. Needless to say, it's long overdue.

I just want to be able to use Plague Terminators. It's a dishonour to the FW models to just have them be generic Terminators with +1 Toughness that lose it as soon as an icon bearer dies.

Oooh. Guess it's a good idea I planned to do my Typhus based FW Death Guard army for Armies on Parade next year, eh?

I have my reservations on having a red tabbard backed by red armor (first pic) it gets lost a bit, it might be more striking with a different color, bone/white/light grey. I like the use of the blue as one for the eyes on the shoulders/back/knees/wings, have you considered using a light green for the eyes of the heads?

I'm guessing this has been put on the back burner from the time since you last posted. It would be good to see an Army Profile or an overview of the whole force.
