Like most when I read the grey knight codex I was like O God these guys are full of win, then as I read the fluff they started to sound alot like 1k Sons in the blacklibrary books.
This what I gotten done so far
Conts As Castellan Crowe and Knight of the Flame(not in a gay way) with a daemon hammer

Purifiers with Psycannons

Purifiers with falchions

And a Librarian with falchions

I bought some a few weeks ago hopefully they arrive this week. I am glad to see pics of them assembled, do they fit with the GW stuff ok or do you have to file them down in places?

Awesome! I'm a sucker for Thousand Sons... consider me subscribed. I'm thinking about doing PH 1K Sons as well, the standard gold-beetle looking details as well.

I like your Egyptian Space-Knight bits, they look awesome! Even better up-close than from the E-bay shots. I was considering using those as well, but they're a bit too... chaos-ish for what I'm thinking of. Don't get me wrong, they look great for yours! I'll be keeping an eye on your P-log for inspiration.

Question- do you have an idea of how large of a force you're going to build? Est 1500-2000pts? Army break-down, etc?

Crowe with Hammer looks badass! Really nice colours, I love the dark red and gold.
