I am both selfish and chaotic. I value self-gratification and control; I want to have things my way, preferably now. At best, I'm entertaining and surprising; at worst, I'm hedonistic and violent.

Another mission, the powers have called me away. Another chance to carry the colours again. My motivation, an oath I've sworn to defend. To win the honour of coming back home again.

And I sing a mean baritone, and can play the trumpet.
Well...yes,we have discussed making a band before, but now...given the recent GW price hikes..and the fact that we're all "quitting"...we're going to have to find something to do with our spare time...
So grab your trumpet and you hats and get on board.

On topic ish, the new album leaked! Review so far:
Marry the Night - Okay. Very generic, big dancy sound.
BTW - Sounds a little better in the context of the album. Sounds less cheesy in the context of the album, sadly.
Government Hooker - LOVE. Amazing electro-dance track.
Americano - Westside story on crack. Also like it. The vocal dynamics on this track really impressed me.
Hair - Lyrics are just... kinda terrible. Melody and music are very good, but damn those lyrics. Nobody will ever remember this song.
Scheibe - There's German and I'm confused. In the end a "strong female" song :/
Bloody Mary - Reminds me of t.A.T.u indirectly. Damn religious crap getting mixed in, it's just confusing. Song is okay, but I'd likely skip it most of the time.
We'll see how the rest turns out. 9 more tracks :d

Wait you just put "amazing" and "electro dance track" in the same phrase. I have to ask..are you on drugs?

Hmmm something is going on here.....Oh.... it seems there is some dispute over video taping of some sort......Frazz is really upset now..........wait a minute......whats he go there.......is it? Has anybody actually stopped and thought about the fact that she can actually sing? She is a showwoman in the same way that Freddie Mercury was a showman (and as Al Murray rightly points, part of one the greatest bands in the world ever!). She did a live session for the world famous Radio 1 Live Lounge and she could sing. It was her and a piano and she was amazing. If you actually take time to listen to her vocal range it's impressive, in the same way Freddie was.
So you don't like her flamboyance or her records, at least recognise that she can sing and put on a show. In thes times of X Factor I thinl we should encourage this type of showmanship not knock it.
Live your life that the fear of death can never enter your heart. Trouble no one about his religion. Respect others in their views and demand that they respect yours. Love your life, perfect your life. Beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and of service to your people. When your time comes to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song, and die like a hero going home.

I don't in fact recognize she can sing, especially in comparison to much of the talent currently out there.
EDIT: I take that back. She definitely has a certain range. However, she is constantly touted as if she's the second coming of freaking Elvis Presley or something, and there is conga line of better female vocalists out there right now. Its completely packaged completely plastic nothing.

You don't get to sing in the Live Lounge if you can't sing. I can understand that she's not to everybody's taste. Can't imagine she'd be too fussed about the opinions of a group of people who play wargames Each to their own.
I'll match that edit sir. Is that her or the PR from her record company that you see?
