Um... they have fangs, crab-claws and a scorpion's tail... that pretty much puts the kibosh on any sort of... romantic encounters... and that's just the spikey/toothy/clawy bits we can *see*.

On the sexuality thing I am not 100% certain since some space wolf made a pass to some daemon/badass thingy in the codex, but I assume that they are effectively Chemically Castrated as a general rule.

That said at least they show humanity unlike a great many other chapters.
