I think Arthur Keith once said that man is by his nature competative, or somthing like that.
Personally all the people i play against have been doing this for 20+ years and couldnt give a monkeys about winning or losing anymore, they just like seeing a good ruck.

Implied or imagined? Someone tried too hard sell him some plague marines that he didnt want. I dont know why, could be any number of reasons. I NEVER said it wouldn't be fluffy mixing and matching a rainbow chaos army.

Rare and exceptional? really? I just posted a list of some all khorne warbands, most of which trace their origins back too the world eaters.

one of the few things I do like about chaos is their diversity, if i ever did chaos(which i wouldnt) then i would love having a thousand sons squad and a squad of plague marines and some khorne berserkers, its a cool aspect of their army

I like to mix it. It's why I'm playing Puppies now, they are rock hard, but also give the possibility for lot of cool fluff ideas.
