Orks wouldn't care if you're gay, as long as you're good at crumpin'. Really, though, I would guess that concepts like sexuality are meaningless to Orks, given that they only have one gender and each ork can reproduce independently (I know they call themselves boyz but I think of them as just doing this for convenience). I guess this attitude would extend to other species as well - seeing as the Orkish for "friend" means "favourite enemy" it seems Orks base their opinion of non-Orks solely on whether they can fight well.

If Ghazghkull won he would probably end up with some massive injuries, but even then, if an Ork can survive having his head transplanted I'm sure the biggest Ork there is could survive some really nasty wounds. He's probably also got access to the best Doks and Meks to help with things like that (assuming he's able to get away after the fight, as I'm guessing that anyone able to kill Calgar would immeidately get the attention of a very large number of very angry Space Marines).

Ghaz doesn't have a 'bare head' to crushed. A large portion of his skull has been replaced with an adamantium plate. True story.

Ork's reproduce by killing each other and Ghaz has killed many young Orks in his days as Warboss.

Yarrick has never beaten Ghazghkull in a fight, any time they have fought, Yarrick nearly died.

It also mentions on the page that Belial was Company Master at that point as well.

Oh, and Ghazghkull basically left after he broke Belial, having the "Tellyportas" he wanted. He left the battle of Piscina IV to Nazdreg, his ally.

He was a company master, not the master of the deathwing.

Following his spectacular victory at Piscina, and the violent death of the former Master of the Deathwing aboard the Space Hulk Charnel Shrine, Belial was elected as the new Master of the Dark Anges first Company.

Odd, in that case the Ork and Dark Angels codex have a slight contradiction between the two.

Isn't Ghazghkull somewhat 19 feet tall? Well orks thrive on war and grow bigger and stronger the longer they are fighting, so because Ghazghkull is 19 ft, compared to other orks which aren't taller then space marines (8 feet?) but about as strong, when it gets to melee he'll just overpower Marneus Calgar, or use an adamantium skull headbutt

No, seriously. I think that Marneus "Mary Sue" Calgar would win a 1vs1 fight. Even Yarrick could nearly beat him and he is not even an Astartes.

When did Yarrick "nearly beat" him?

Most Astartes are as nothing before Ghazghkull in combat.
