Everyone who is thinking of really painful or slow deaths is kind of straying away from the target. The idea was most brutal death, not necessarily most painful. Sure, being tortured by DE for weeks is really painful, but is it really as brutal as a chainsword? I think brutal deaths should be probably quicker and, well more visually grand if you see what I mean.
With that in mind, I'd say getting crushed by a Bloodthirster's axe in CC. It's quick, but that's alot of blood and guts flying around in the air.

actually, you do boil away.
as pressure decreases, so too does the boiling point of any liquid. when pressure is reduced to zero, the liquid will instantly turn into a gas.
Look up the Bends, officially called Decompression Sickness, a condition divers can get.
it happens when, at high pressure, gases which at Sea Level are gasses become dissolved in your blood and internal organs. If a diver returns to the surface, and lower pressure, too quickly the gases can form bubbles in your blood stream. this is a potentially lethal problem.
Whilst the bends and similar effects would occur due to the change in pressure, these are hardly an issue seeing as your lifespan is measured in minutes at best. You wouldn't boil, simply because space is too cold. There have been experiments done on humans and other organisms in vacuums, and one incident of accidental, unprotected exposure to a vacuum and the humans survived just fine, the only limiting factor was oxygen really. Other issues are things like sunburn and the bends, but they're minor when oxygen isn't present.
Link to NASA page on the issue.

Oh my god is that video serious, Ninja Tau ,what happened to WS 2
Thats just, excuse the word, slowed.
The sword didn't even go in deep enough. a Terminators actual skull is much further back. the sword would simply have just broken some of the interior mechanisims.
and Tau are NOT ninjas dispite the obvious Japanese influence. they are I2 people, 2!!! a human moves faster then that.
I have no idea why people are taking this even a tad seriously.

Being killed by Aun'Va. You'd die so slowly and ineffecitvely, whilst suffering as much humiliation as possible in the process. Your comrades look on, unable to decide whether to mourn your death, or laugh at how it happened, as Aun'Va prods you with whatever he has to hand at that moment in time.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.
