In the Ring of Debris Around Uranus

It is true that most people run 3 FD squads leaving no room for cc units, however, I have run Harlies with a Farseer and Yriel and sneak them into someone elses WS and been very pleased with the results. FD are great but they are usually 1 trick ponies, they hop out and kill something and then are atomized the next turn. I think a good CC squad with a farseer +/- Autarch really kicks some butt. I have used it im many battles and done quite well with them.
