Thanks, considering that almost all of them used to be painted in a thick, caked-on looking, craft-store acrylic red and black color scheme.
I might try to sneak in a M*A*S*H reference somewhere, perhaps one of the Valks.

I can see what you mean by the Halo reference. Looks nice so far. What you could do is make the sergeants' armor (or whatever they're called in the codex) red, just like the more experienced Elites, as well as with the other squads as well. And I'm sure the more experienced troopers get their own color denotion as well? Anyways, just a suggestion.

I used Regal Blue, Elf Flesh, Adeptus Battlegrey and a hint of Camo Green for the skin, Blood red for the eyes over a base of Elf Flesh.

The armor for sergeants is highlighted in red rather than blue, to denote rank.

Sorry, the pics kinda suck. rest assured that due to the lighting in the room, all of the lighting effect on the model is painted on. I'll take some outdoor pics with natural lighting like I prefer later.

I don't really like the lighting on the.pics but there is enough to see that those models are epic. I have never been a fan of the Tau nor Guard, but that purple armour, completely different to the typical Desert GW style camo. Beautiful.

AAnd the paintjob on those IG tanks are sweet. I don't.like the infantry, but that is.more down to the.model, which I.dislike, rather than the paintjob which rules.

So I give you a big
