I generally don't like Orks but this is amazing. Hell, I'd love to see it painted up like some kind of museum piece
Just imagining it in a display cabinet with cutaways showing us the interior with Grots at work 'n' all... I do hope that, if you use it as a gamepiece, you still intend for it to have that 'life' of a fully modelled interior and crew.

How many Space Marines does it take to screw in a lightbulb.
6, 1 techpriest and 5 tacticals that stand around trying to pose like badasses.
An Ork, Space Marine and Eldar are walking down the road. They see a Chaos portal that has a sign on it. It says: 'say what is true or be sucked in'. The Space Marine says: "I think I'm the bravest" and walks past safely, the Eldar says: "I think I'm the most agile" and walks past safely. The Ork says: "Me thinks..." and gets sucked into the portal.

I could start on other floors first, but I always thought you should start from the bottom first, and now that all the framing for the floors are complete it is time to really start on the interior. But I am having issues on the design of the crane for the garage to the belly gun floors...I have decided that I am going to remove the back half of the gun floor (not walls) to accomidate for the crane. So I am courious if you guys like this design or think that there are better. Mind you, I have an 8" radius and a 12" height maximum to build this thing (maybe 10-12" on the crane arm side).
Thank you guys

crane looks good. add in some ork gubbinz at some point and some grots running up and down the arm and you're set.

Wow, this thing is massive. I agree with the prior post concerning structural integrity. Size wise this has to be closer to a Mega right? (as someone else also mentioned). I love seeing big ork projects come together..

WOW... you may want to try pinning the sections(or at least dowels of some sort) to keep it together while assembled. that way you would know it would stay together and be able to be taken apart easily. I think you should go all out on the inside with signs telling the orks where to go and what rooms are what. Just like that old drawing of the inside of the fighta bomba. (go, fast, faster... that type of thing) something like the pilot house being the brain room or something. Anyway, that thing will be awesome when it is all said and done, good job.

Just wondering, are you planning on using this behemoth in apocalypse games? How would one even begin to fight that thing, aside from 2 or 3 Warlords and a huge army of jump pack troopers?

Looking good. I was thinking about building a crane to help with my Reaver assemble. I realized that I have these crappy car bridges (for matchbox size cars) that I never could figure a use for (short pedestrian bridge?). But now I realized they could make great medium size cranes....
