Fire Dragons in a foot list do about as well as you'd expect a unit that everyone else is terrified to death of to do when it's got T3, a 4+ armor save, and 12" range guns.

As in: they get shot to death the instant the other guy sees them. Footdar units should ideally be tougher (Wraithguard, Striking Scorpions, Harlequins), longer-ranged (Guardian Defenders), or both (Dark Reapers, War Walkers). Try to avoid getting caught in the trap of taking Wraithlords for firepower, though, you get 2-3 times as many guns for the same cost by taking War Walkers instead.

Balanced Game: Noun. A game in which all options and choices are worth using.
