Alternatively, you could get a small black notepad.
On the first page, write a list of things to buy including random explosives, firearms, and such.
On the second page, title it "people of interest" and make a list of the people that piss you off.
Leave it laying around somewhere you know they will find it.

Just don't put your name or any other identifying information in it in case they take it seriously.
