Fantastic, all the details make this project so glorious! And the crisp white of the Tau armour nicely offsets the greens and reds of the Orks, love it!

I never really liked the missile pod standing in for the smart missile system on the broadsides so I finally got around to fixing it. Then while I was at it I took pictures of the whole gang.
What should my next project be- Barracuda? Ramora squadron? or Shas'Ork R'alai?

Everyone and their mom makes dakkajet corsairs... using a model kit would have been a lot less time consuming though.

Oh my dayum! Amazing! I think the armour is a little too 'clean' but I suppose the grots must like their new armour so they look after it!

1. Go to FLGS on a 40K game night.
2. Announce to no one in particular "I have over 10,000 points of Space Marines".
3. Sit back and watch as some 30-ish Neckbeard who still lives with his parents not only disputes your claim, but goes on to describe his 30,000 points of Blood Angels and how he has been playing since Rogue Trader days... And yet you will have never seen him either play 40K or that army.
4. From here, you have several options. Continue the conversation, or just end it. Either way, I guarantee you will waste 1+ hour of your life talking to this guy. Have fun!

I love what you've done. I really do. But Rail rifle broadsides are terrible. They can only glance AV14 and need 6's to pen AV13.

I agree... whoever thought that nerfing them to S8 and giving them the option to fire a bucket load of S7 instead should be flogged. I need to get some high yield bits to bring them up to date.

This is why I love orks! That fireblade is just amazing and I love your sense of humour with it. I would love to see those riptides finished! Can't wait!

If GW made an ork-ification kit to convert other armies I'm sure it would sell. I don't really want to play Necrons... but ORK-Necrons, that I'd get.

These are so stupid......ly INSANE holy crap your conversion skill is nuts.
Oddly enough the legs you put on those Crisis suit conversions are how im trying to remodel mine. Since its unpainted that basically just told me how to do it - sweet!

3 more crisis suits and a new group shot! As I expected/feared, my little group o' allies has grown into a stand alone army and I can't stop building it up. Now I need to find someone looking to get rid of some high yield missile pods so I can make the broadsides...useful.

Started working on the Ramora while the bits hunt continues. I couldn't think of any way to dual purpose them so they ended up just being mildly orkified
