No, it doesn't. Try answering the question instead of avoiding it. Why are you using the rules under the header "Flyers And Measuring" when you're not measuring? The rules you should be using are the "Flyers And Other Models" rules which say nothing about ignoring the base.

First off. Improve your attitude.
Secondly, both sections have been thoroughly discussed. RAW friendly models are okay to be placed under and on the base. Deep Striking is also not effected except by enemy units within 1" of the base, or falling off the table.

Again that is not true.
as the game breaks if you stop a model on top of a flyers base and then the flyer zooms off the table and enters ongoing reserves. once you complete a units movement you are not allowed to go back and re-move that unit.

I'm not sure why this is a terribly difficult concept to understand, unless there's some confusion on what it means to ignore the flying base when moving.
There was a picture involved:
When the flyer moves, it doesn't take the model standing on top with it. The base gets ignored unless the tiny plastic/resin/metal men that started on the other side of the table (the enemy) are within 1" of it.

You can keep clinging to you disproven argument, and continue to be ignored.

Show me the page that allows you to move the models that are on top of the base after their move is finished.
Until you do that you have disproven nothing.

Hypocrite. Stop cherry-picking the rules that you think support your claims by totally ignoring the context the rules and stop claiming you're rules are RAW when you've not presented one rule that actually says what you're claiming.

While this thread is up, a question:
An enemy flier is on the board. I inflict a Locked Velocity damage result.
On the opponents next turn, the vehicle is forced to move in a straight line, 18" (as the Locked Velocity result states it must move the same distance as previous turn, and can not turn). However, this brought it directly over one of my vehicles, in which the base of the flier had to be placed UNDERNEATH my vehicle. The hull of both vehicles was, at closest, about 2" apart. This brought into conflict 3 rules:
*Units can not end their movement within 1" of an enemy model's hull / base.
*Locked Velocity states the flier MUST move at the same distance as it did previous turn, and is unable to turn.
*If a flier is ever forced to move less than 18", it immediately crashes.
So, what happens? Can the base be safely ignored, and seeing as the two models were not within 1" of each other, everything was dandy?

Mt grasp of English is fine. I understand context. When asked to support your claims you have fallen back to insults and refusual to provide any rules to back your claims. I'm done with this thread until such time as you can follow the forum rules and support your position with rules that apply to the situation.

Let's remember that in YMDC, we debate our positions on rules---and not delve into personal attacks. That being said, I think both camps have made their position clear on the subject and users can decide on their own.
