I think one squad of havocs manning an ADL with the extra guy on a quad gun will become commonplace. Granted you probably won't see three squads of havocs very often, but you could field 3 squads of them and 3 dragons. Wound be quite awesome anti-air and the dragons provide nice anti-troop as well.

With the costs on everything going down even with skyfire the havocs will be cheaper than they were in the old codex. I think the marines went down 2 points each, and the missile upgrade was cut in half.
