I havn't ever tried the PP paints. I just use my GW paints and they work nicely. Some of the PP paints are odd colors IMO. They seem a little off, unnatural looking.

The colors are definitely different than what we are all used to coming from 40k....I have a bunch of the P3 line and as far as paints go they are pretty fantastic. The coverage is much better than the GW paints. They thin down well with water, but they tend to separate on a wet pallet when using a thinning medium and left overnight.
