A great thread, I thought I could draw until I saw some of this gak.

Well I was going to post a link to some sister of battle artwork that would make a good diorama but then I thought about all the penalty points I would get and decided not to!

That artwork is awesome. Could you perhaps give an english name of the artist/the magazine?

I consider the actual Lelith model pretty good, but still nowhere as cool as the artwork.

While the title is quite generic, I find odd to see people wanting GW artwork to be made into models, especially artwork that has been made into models.

Yes this was the concept art for it, but blight wheel made a very close apoximation and it set off GW. That was the joke behind it.

Maybe it's jut me, but I always preferred the earlier images of her.

The earlier one makes her look almost too young and fresh faced. I'd even go so far as to say that the later picture almost has a certain innocence that is at odds with a professional arena fighter (although I am glad to see a lack of gravity defying chest )

I know but for his SF and freaky stuff he uses his Moebius handle and the main stream stuff he uses the Jean Giraud handle.

Would love to see Jes sculpt the Chaos Marine on the cover of the latest CSM codex. Great detail and textures.

As others have said, pretty much anything out of The Gothic and the Eldritch: The Collected Sketches of Jes Goodwin.

Some of it has been done relatively recently (Contemptor (Heresy) dread, Naval officer), but there is still plenty of that stuff in that book that I would like to see made: AdMech figs, Imperial Naval crew II, greatcoat Guard, etc.
