Freakazoid is an unfairly neglected gem.
I would also second Adventure Time, especially for a MLP fan; same kind of nerd-oriented humor
Daria's a great animated comedy too

The 3 funniest shows I've ever seen are;
MST3K
Newsradio
Father Ted

I don't catch a lot of tv drama because whenever I get hooked on on (LOST, Millenium, X-Files) it seems like I always get strung along from cliffhanger to cliffhanger just to watch the whole thing fall apart in the end. Classic tv sci-fi works better for me; stuff like Twilight Zone, Dr Who ect.

Blue exorcist.
I wish i could remember the others though.
Also, No subs, only Dubs.

If you liked Code Geass...Gundam would probably interest you..Though I won't advise you on which series...Everyone takes something different...A united opinion on like Gundam Seed does not exist.

Sorry about not replying in a while, but yeah, I second watching Gundam if you liked Code Geass.

Black Butler and Cowboy Bebop are also both excellent anime.

The short lived The Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon was quite good. It was canceled over licensing issues, but was two solid seasons of serial storytelling.
