Yes, those are Perry miniatures. They also released an Agincourt-Orleans English army box set, hich is also perfect if you want to make Empire/Brettonia armies.

It'll forgive you at £20 for about 40 figures. My friend and I have a fairly substantial Grey Mound of Perry stuff without breaking a financial sweat. It's more surprising how much there is to paint for what you spend.
