Remember, when building anti-grav vehicles, you don't want them moving of their own accord downrange due to a stiff breeze. There has to be something to stop random momentum or the tank would float across the battlefield like a big kite.

My bet would be any race advanced enough to compensate for that would be smart enough to build in a suppressor to keep weapons fire from shuttling the vehicle about from recoil.

Momentum wouldn't be a problem with a stiff breeze due to the wind's mass being basically 0. Even a very high velocity wind would have a tiny amount of mass and once you factor in the tank's mass, the tank will have a tiny amount of movement if at all.
