Ever since a friend and I picked up the Titan Legions box set, all I've ever played is Orks. Now that I am getting back into Epic I have finally picked up my very first Space Marine army for friends to play during games.

I started with Wood Elves, undead (skeletons back in the day), dwarf army which never was finished. Then I got sucked in by the 40k monster and threw my cash at orks then a really badly painted chapter of my own brand marines, have a beloved guard army that has grown over the years, dark angels, dark eldar a very small necron force that isn't really playable and my latest project an iron hands force with mechanicum allies!

Yeah I've done a lot of 40k armies. Many I built and painted, played a few times and then sold off for the next projects I wanted to work on. Have some 'nids in the house again I was going to restart a new 'nid horde, but as prices kept going up and up and I decided to not do so. They'll hit ebay eventually.

I started with Nids, then did a crazy project with Ork Bikers that I eventually sold off to return to my bugs. Now I'm starting a little Tau army from a squad of Fire Warriors and an XV8 that a friend bought but then gave up on a few years ago, I've loved the Tau since Dawn of War: Dark Crusade so now that they've got a killer codex I figure it's a decent time to really build up a second army of them alongside rebooting my Nids.

40k:
Black Legion CSM, which are being switched over to World Eaters
Chaos Daemons that I got as allies for my CSM
Super small force of Orks that I got off ebay (don't even have the codex for them )
Guardians of the Covenant Dark Angels which are about half terminators and half "green" wing
Small Eldar force (about 500 points or so)
and finally about 2000 to 2500 of Sisters of battle I got off off Craigslist
Oh and I can add Inquisition to the list as well since I got a bunch of inquisitors with retinues with the sisters

Fantasy:
Starting Empire since a few friends are getting into fantasy

I also have a small Khador army for warmachine and a few Aleph models for Infinity

... wow I have been busy in my short time wargaming

My only "complete" armies would be Chaos Space Marines and Uruk-Hai (which happen to be about 10 years old or something at this point, and have been collecting dust for about 9). I do have a full force of Dark Eldar as well, but I never got around to painting them, and I somewhat stopped playing them once I got the new and crappy CSM codex for 6th ED.

My Chaos Daemons and Traitor Guardsmen of Slaanesh are however growing.

Started 40k in 1990 with Dark Angels, then Deathwing, followed by a Khornate Army, White Scars, Tyranids, Tau, Grey Knights, Ultramarines, Forgeworld Minotaurs, Necrons, Blood Angels Sanguinary Army, Eldar, Dark Eldar, and now have Death Korps of Krieg... always 2k to 4k in points...

Started Fantasy with Dwarves, then in 1996 made a Kislevite Army, then had Vampire Counts, and White Wolves Tuetogen army, and Khornate themed army (2013)...

Dabbled in flames of war, bolt action, mordheim, necromunda, inquisitor 54mm game, epic, space hulk...

Oh yeah, lotr rohan army and uruk hai army when it first came out...
