I can't remember the last time I say such a high concentration of complete and utter FAIL. Based on your sickening Mary Sue of a Primarch, I'm gonna take a wild guess and assume that you are an anime-addicted twit with little to no knowledge of actual Japanese history or culture, and that you probably wear a ninja headband and spend most of your time on DeviantArt liking crappy fan-art done in that no-effort style you people can't get enough of. There is nothing about you that doesn't fill me with disgust and disdain, and I look forward to the day when the things you love most in this world are treated with the same scorn and derision as disco and boy bands; an over-hyped soulless piece of commercial trash thrown aside by the mindless sheep who once worshiped it as they move on to the next fad.
Go back to the Tau where you belong, there's no place among humanity's finest for you.

I found if you don't like feeding the hate, hitting IGNORE is a viable option. In all the years I've been on Dakka, pictures, articles and discussions, it's only the second person I've ever hit ignore on, which is kind of amusing when you consider the Original post was talking about friendly Chapters, how it can get so vitriolic over something so inconsequential is, frankly, odd.
I believe the word you were looking for was ironic

Look. Stop.
Japan hate is pointless. You think Tau are Japan-inspired?
Mantis Warriors are decended from the White Scars and so like their bikes. They have a predatory insect theme. They like to mix it up in close combat, and are therefore likely to have augmetic replaements.
Mantis Warriors are freaking Kamen Rider. Eldar are Psychic ninja Space Elves. Knights are giant robots dating from the earliest days of this hobby of ours. The Adeptus Mechanicus are an animistic cult built around the idolsation of technology, it's practically shinto-taoism! Going into fantasy, you've got Clan Eshin, the ninja rats and serpentine dragons.
Games Workshop has always been an epic mashup of heavy metal covers and stolen asian media and all the self-centric bile and bluster in the world isn't going to change the fact that 40k is British, and stealing ideas from other parts of the world is what the British do.
I am proud to be Bitish. In case that wasn't obvious.

I don't hate the Japanese. I don't especially like them, but I don't hate them.
What I hate is how inundated the Internet is with crappy anime-inspired dreck. It's gotten to the point where I can't go ten steps without tripping over anime-style fanart of something that wasn't even anime to begin with. I don't care how much of a useful tool for Internet artists DeviantArt is, I still can't stand to be there for more then three seconds!

Also, I'll have you know that stealing pieces of other cultures is, and has always been, America's thing. That and not learning from our mistakes or accepting the consequences of our actions. Your thing is to act stuffy, play a sport no one else can make sense of, and to have the absolute worst food in the entire world.

I'll compromise: Stealing pieces of other cultures is an inherited trait. You got it from us in the British Empire era, then we stole it back in the nineties.
But yes. I'll grant you that the prevalence of anime fan art gives the entire art community a bad name. I would, however, hazard that the problem lays in the fanart community, rather than the anime community.

Iron Hands
Marines Malevolent
Flesh Tearers
Space Marines I don't know enough to determine one way or another:
White Scars
Crimson Fists
Exorcists
Storm Wardens
Blood Ravens
Lamenters (Probably friendly)
And the rest...
Mostly agree, although with the data available I think that Imperial Fists are as good with the humans than Blood Angels, if not more. Here is my top 5:
Salamanders
Ultramarines
Imperial Fists
Blood Angels
Space Wolves
Wolves are limited to those directly linked to them, whereas the other Chapters listed work well with all humans.

im guessing cricket or rugby?
although you have to love some of Churchills quotes
“You can always count on Americans to do the right thing - after they've tried everything else.”
Also in regards to food, there are more Michelin starred restaurants in London than the whole of France. Also pot and kettle an american calling english food the worst in the world, i mean who puts syrup and strawberry's on bacon?
anyway back on topic - i would think the salamanders and ultramarines would fit the bill.
I agree with the fact that the wolves are moralistic so don't necessarily care for others as such. but in doing what they belive it right.

Close, Ironic is one of the most abused words in the English language, with many instances of it being used incorrectly or out of context or sometimes nonsensically (Alanis Morrisette springs to mind). I think "Irrational" is the word I was looking for, but there is some concordance with Ironic.

But, more seriously, maybe Alpha Legion...if you believe they are in nature still loyal to Emperor...in some strange way... But they werent, IIRC, some anti-human gakkers.
From classic choices - Salamanders, I would bet on Crimson Fists.

I have no idea where you were in America, but having been to over 40 of the 50 states, I don't know anywhere that puts strawberries or syrup on bacon (at least not on real bacon) as the norm. We do realize that bacon makes everything taste better though (and "real" bacon, or as you would know it, streaky bacon, not ham disguised as bacon).
Having lived in both countries, I REALLY missed the variety of food you can get in the US (and the fact you can get some sort of beer other than ale, of course, in the US, it's very hard to find good cider so...). Granted London would likely have that, but outside of London, forget it (not that British food is bad, it isn't, the British at least know to put horseradish on roast beef, it's just that it tends to be pretty non varied. Which, be honest, is why curry is so popular, because it is spiced and is often varied/complex).

OK, first off, name one starred London restaurant who's menu doesn't entirely consist of recipes and techniques from literally anywhere else on the planet besides Britain? Just one.. One restaurant that isn't French, Italian, Indian, Chinese, or any nation that isn't part of your soggy little archipelago. Here's a fun little tip that will blow your mind: there are a myriad of ways to cook meat that don't involve boiling it until it's grey and tasteless or putting it in a frying pan until it's sufficiently burnt on both sides! Imagine that! Meat both tender and flavorful!
Second, never in my life have I heard of or seen anyone do that. Now if you excuse me, I have to go eat a quadruple bacon cheeseburger with the buns replaced with glazed doughnuts, follow it up with a stick of deep-fried butter, and then go complain about immigrants taking all our jobs while voting for politicians who've made a career out of outsourcing everything to other countries. Later I will denounce the evils of socialism while being unable to afford health insurance and therefore be unable to pay for the quintuple heart bypass surgery that could have saved my life.
