Those are ruger Mini 14s, which end up looking similar to an M1 Carbine because the M1's a cut down, microsized Garand, and the Mini 14 is a microsized and cut down M14.

I've recently decided to start collecting shot glasses from all the places I have visited. I don't have very many yet because I haven't been to that many states yet: NYC (home), Iowa (where I live now), Oklahoma City OK, Knoxville TN, New Jersey (although as a New Yorker I went to New Jersey all the time), Philadelphia PA, Las Vegas NV, Chicago IL (although as an Iowan I go to various parts of Illinois constantly), and Kentucky.

Some things collect themselves, like Games you played.
Kept all the Atari VCS, C64, Amiga etc stuff.
Models of plastic kits however aren't just "invading" my shelf on their own. Maybe I like lots of armor and big guns too much...
Just go for a small scale ( 1:700 ) and a lot of them fit onto a slightly expanded Bookshelf.

I can only wish...
KVs were already rare during the War, and they are even more rare nowadays. And the few that do get dragged up from rivers and muddy fields are usually instantly claimed by the local Patriotic War museum.

I've got 2 of the extra Kraata sets, but no other Bionicles, sadly. They hang with my Transformers Constructbots, though, so it's kinda like having other Bionicles...

I used to collect Bionicles when I was younger. Ive got a whole lot of them, including at least one Rahkshi.
Ive got a huge Lego collection in general

This is going to sound weird to many but...

Animal bones, in particular skulls. I just got back from holiday after having found a bird or fish pelvis and a vertebrae on the beach.

I also collect... Well make bladed weapons.

Also, Bionicles. I have 2 of the first series of each Toa, most of the monsters, many Borok and the Makuta and Toa of Light with special limited edition masks.

Old school video game RPG's, mostly just Legend of Zelda games, Final Fantasy 1 - 6 & Dragon Quest games. Though I still play Ogre Battle 64 from time to time as the storyline in that game is epic!

The past couple of years I came out of my dark ages and started to collect Lego again, mostly Star Wars Imperials alongside Ninjago and the new Chima lines. (I love the Ravens & Eagles, though the new Spiders from this year's winter wave are adorable!)
My SW Imperials are set to take off once the summer wave stuff finally makes it's way up here. I'm loving all the Hoth love this year, definitely looking to pick up a couple Snow Speeders and hopefully an AT-AT. (love those new Snowtroopers!)

I also tend to collect some TV series on DVD. currently I own the full series for:
- Game of Thrones (well, at least all the seasons that are currently released!)
- Babylon 5
- Stargate SG1
- CSI New York
- The Glades
- Escaflowne
- DBZ
Have to wait until Xmas though to get into 24 though... (Damnit!) But we got all 8 seasons for only $108 so at least the price was right!

I also collected Bionicles for a long time, the only series I don't own at least a couple of are the last run, which was just re-releases/re-designs of older ones. I had all the Toa, all the Toa Nuva, 5 Rakshi, 5 Balrok, most of the Metro and Hordika, a few Visorak, and then bits and bobs of Inaka, Piraka, the underwatery ones, the flying ones, and the Glatorian, as well as most of the larger ones.

Do you sell them as well? Have a site where you showcase your metal work?

I have a fledgling collection (read: 1 sword) that I'm always looking to expand on.

Given that you also collect animal skulls, do you perhaps collect female lamentations?

Shoot for old Quarters minted from 1932-1964. They're worth about 3 bucks due to their silver content.

Im gonna have to go out on a limb and say my only real collections afforded to me as a college student in terms of having the space is for copious amounts of fantasy books/sci-fi books and a large collection of flannelette shirts.

Oh and I like collecting different kinds of teas.

Sounds reasonable to me. I had a vertebrae of some kind I just found lying off the path at a summer camp I went to a very long time ago. Literally tripped while walking down a hill and landed with it right in front of me. Had to come off a deer or equivalently sized animal based off how big it was. Had that setting on my shelf for years until my mother threw it away because it was apparently "too weird to have laying around."
