I have a lot of hats of various types, a lot of action figures (mostly lotr and star wars), military model kits (although less of those recently). I'll also buy any history books I find cheap, particularly military history.

My "rarest" bottles that aren't gone are probably the Van Winkle Reserve 12 Year and the Elmer T Lee. Elmer used to be my "regular" drinker but since he died it's been impossible to find.

The Kirk and Sweeney there is actually a rum and is fairly rare as it was made In a pretty small batch, as is the Angel's Envy rye, which is a delicious bourbon finished in a rum cask.

Have an exalt as well... Though my particular brown Whisky collection started the opposite... I've started with Single Malt Scotch, and have since branched out into Bourbons and Whiskies from America.

Pokémon games and manga here. I've got every Pokémon adventures released in the UK except the most recent, as well as the majority of the games especially on handheld. I would have more, but I have no earning power at present (off to uni in a few months, no-one would take me on for that little time). Hopefully when I'm there I can make some cash by teaching Drums, but until then I'm a bit stuffed.
I'm also looking into collecting a few more Manga/ Anime series (Hellsing and Attack On Titan in particular), and I have what could perhaps be called a collection of Lightsabers. But only about 6 of them.

Pokemon games snapshot, because it was already online:
Spoiler:

(I bought a GBA SP off a friend and it came with Ruby, Sapphire and Leaf Green. Sapphire and Leafgreen duplicates are off with a friend at the moment, but my duplicate Ruby is in here for some reason).

Yes, I've just noticed that Emerald is missing from that pic, though I do own it. Grr. Next on my to-buy list is an N64 for Pokémon Stadium 1 &2.

Currently my collecting focuses on Star Wars.
I've got quite a bit of SW Lego, my most recent acquisitions are Jabba the Hutt's Palace and the attaching Rancor Pit.
I'm also collecting the Black Series 6" figures (only the ep IV-VI ones though)
So far I have
Luke Skywalker (X Wing pilot.)
Luke Skywalker (Bespin Fatigues)
Han Solo
Greedo
Artoo Deetoo
Boba Fett
Princes Leia (slave costume)
Sandtrooper squad leader
Stormtrooper

I have (on order)
Darth Vader
Jabba the Hutt
Scout biker with speeder bike
Sandtrooper
Chewbacca
Luke Skywalker (Jedi outfit)

If the thought of something makes me giggle for longer than 15 seconds, I am to assume that I am not allowed to do it.

Another Lego Star Wars collector? Awesome!

Last time I counted, I have about 170 minifigures, 40 sets and who knows how many pieces. I'll try and get some pictures up later.

Most of my LSW stuff is in storage in the UK, but as far as I remember I have:
X wing
Y wing
B wing
A wing
Slave one
Star destroyer
At St
Tie fighter
Tie Interceptor
Tie Advanced
Echo Base
Sith Interceptor
Naboo fighter

As well as the aforementioned palace and pit.
Next on the agenda is the sailbarge and the desert skiff

I'd love to get an UCS Millenium Falcon, and really regret that I didn;t when I had the chance, prices are through the roof for one now.

I had a bit of a gap between 2010-2013, but I came back with more money than I used to have, so not getting the UCS Falcon really annoys me as well. :/ On the other hand, I did manage to get hold of the Death Star playset, so I think I can probably cope.

The sailbarge is quite a nice set, there are normally some pretty good offers on it, but I would focus on getting the desert skiff; it went out of production earlier this year and the aftermarket price will only go up.

This Is Where the Fish Lives

I collect (well, I used to) Star Wars Legos as well. They used to be put together and displayed but I moved in to my house seven years ago and never put them back together,

I also collect vinyl records and I have a modest collection of about 250. It is mostly 1970s rock and modern punk, hardcore, grindcore, etc.

When I taught at my local union's apprenticeship school, they would send us to Ann Arbor, Michigan every summer for training and I started collecting lapel pins from from other local unions across the US and Canada. I have an okay collection with some pretty rare pins that I had to do some serious bartering to acquire. Luckily, my local had a high demand pin (it was two pandas humping each other) that I had plenty of so it was a little easier to score some of the rarer pins.

I have a small collection of Washington Redskins memorabilia and a handful of action figures. I also have a lot of books; mostly nonfiction (science and history) and just about Kurt Vonnegut's entire bibliography.

I think most people who own guns technically collect them, because most of the people that own firearms seldom only own one. But Djones started a thread for that already

Won't you do a Jefferson and donate them to the nation?

Are your American history books at war with your Chinese books? I swear, since I last mentioned it in this thread, an American history book of mine has fallen on top of a Chinese one. A clear sign of American imperialism or a sign I need better shelves!

I have most of a Lego B-Wing somewhere, but I'm not sure at how to reassemble it. I was tempted to get some more sets, but they're expensive and my Halo Megabloks take up so much room, I have no idea where I'd put 'em.

It's not all that impressive, but I guess you could say I collect Pen and Paper RPGs. Between pdfs and my physical collection I've got an easy 15-20 different systems represented from all kinds of genres and eras. The sad part is that I'm pretty much good to go at running any of them at the drop of the hat (just give me half an hour to skim the rules again and jot down some adventure ideas from "the brain vault").

Still have piles of the stuff laying around. Not sure if there's a market for them anymore, I'd love to sell them off.

Very nice. Do I spy an M1 Carbine in that row of old school wood stocked military rifles there? My firearm recognition skills are pretty poor in general, and some of them look pretty familiar. Really fun weapon to shoot (had a friend in the Army try out my dad's and he mentioned it was much nicer to shoot and lighter than the modern day M4). Problem being it's just not particularly effective at anything in particular.
