Yes, it actually is.
If you check the Guided Snipers, they are now called Smart Snipers.
They also added another effect to Smart. You can either fire it as Guided ammo, or you can fire Smart ammo (or whatever it was called), in which case the missile launcher cannot get negative modifiers for range.
It has it's own profile under weapons if you wannna read up on it.

So, the weapon profiles are out.

I'm super interested in trying out the Gorgos again. The Flammenspeer changing to a long ranged weapon, with an alternate Hit mode at DAM 15 and the Disposable trait (so it can be reloaded) make it a much more viable ranged TAG.
