I finally got round to starting on "The Kin" with Ophelia, also getting my Hog Whisperer painted cause he makes me lol.
Here they are with just the base colors...
Here are a few in production shots...
 The hair came out a little more strawberry blonde than the red i was going for but still looks pretty good imo.
 Her skin came out a bit more patchy than i woulda liked, did make it better as i went along but not 100% happy.
 A pigs ass, dont all thank me at one...
 Shes a really cool mini...
And finally the finished article's, based pics coming later as i was painting a whole batch this time before starting on bases...
Is still more backlog to post, stay tuned if ya give a damn!

I find them a lot harder to paint than 40k/WFB - quite a bit smaller in details etc. I mean I know Gremlins are small... but yikes plus soooo much detail. Very cool models though.

Yeh i am really missing the chunky nature of GeeDubs stuff, lots of really small delicate details! Great minis tho and they dont have GW's trademark thousands of little skulls and other ornaments to slow you down with!

Thanks  Him and Gracie both look great on paper but i havent really had the chance to put em to the test just yet.
Plan to slow down on Malifaux (temporarily) once i have finished the Kin Box since a spent a whole bunch of money on a whole new system at Salute (A UK gaming convention) and am really psyched to start painting em.

What did you pick up at Salute? My Gremlins are on hold for now while I work on some Bolt Action myself.

Amazing little game called "World of Twilight", fear not it has nothing to do with Vampires. Its a really unique little world with non of the traditional fantasy tropes (No humans, elves, dwarves and no magic just these funnly little lizard men) made mostly by this one dude who came up with the world in college and has been hand sculpting the minis for years. Its a real labor of love and the rules are pretty different and seem great, you fight combats by casting little stones like some sort of voodoo witch doctor

I got a good deal on enough minis for 2 small armies and all the rules/accessories ect, really lookin forward to getting stuck in.

Heres the rest from this bunch, just 4 more Gremlins left now and gonna start on my Twilight minis.

Base coats down, because of the angle i needed to take em (dudes face is tucked under that hat) the pics have a lot of glare so not many i could use but heres one with just the basecoats...

Thanks man, they are really good minis way better than the metals. The Malifaux metals are a mixed bag tbh, deffo think my metal Somer is 1000x better than the plastic one.
