Leviathan FOC ?

If I remember right, those are optional special case FOCs and not for standard play.

Yet I'm still here, now with the new Prospero Box I own one BaC and I'll have the marines part of the Prospero box shipped soon.

I was thinking about:

2x tactical x10 on rhino
1x tactical x20 with apo (where do I get the apotecary bits beside forgeworld?)
5x Termy Alpha Legion
5x IW termynators
Dreadnought
No idea on how to set up the HQ

then what? I still have 20 bodies, enought plasma / flamers ( bought them separately) for making a 10 support squad and some other weapons for a 5x veteran?
I'd love to deploy the headhunters are the worth point wise?

I'm not really sure, I've not used it much and when I have used it I got lucky and what I needed was in stock.

The second box has come and I was writing down the list. ATM I'm quite happy with this idea what do you say?

I have btw some concerns:
1) Pretor in cataphractii and terminators in tartaros (the cataphractii ones will be converted to Siege Tyrant)
2) I miss 270 points
3) I still have to buy the leviathan but I'm really down that path
4) I own 80 bodies (50 mk4 and 30 mk3) how would you build the tacts from?
5) Would a 5 man squad of missile launchers be worth?
6) Do I need melta? I have some but had no idea on how to use them.
7) I really need to buy the apothecary ahah

You lose the benefit of taking Tartaros (Sweeping Advance) as soon as your Praetor joins them (someone correct me if I am wrong here).

Havent used Leviathan dreads before, to me they seem a bit over priced? However in HH I am a strong believer of take what you want, because nothing seems too ridiculously gak to not take ever.

I rate missile launcher heavy weapons teams, in fact I am looking to add 10 to my Alpha legion. Also looking to add a siege breaker to them (wrecker and tank hunter). IMO they are one of the most viable heavy weapon team options, not too pricey and can bump them to an anti air role if needed (plus they have the range so you dont have to move).

Why are you taking Banestrike for seekers - their special issue ammunition is arguably better.

I know, that's why I was not totally sure about that, although I don't have any other Praetor models and relaly like the Siege Tyrant :/

I like that way too much to not deploy it

At the moment I own 5, I will try to go up to 10 in the future

Because some friends told me Banestrike are good but I'm open to other options xD

What would I need more then?
