I'm jealous of the Command Bunker dead centre of the pic. Almost won an auction for that 'bout 10-12 years ago, but got distracted at the last second and missed it.

Never seen one since.

I'm still waiting for some MDF company to blatantly rip off the old card structures from GW and produce a full line of Oldhammer MDF buildings like that.

It looks like they are going a similiar route with these as with Vedros, but right from the start

According to Atia there is going to be a 10-model Plague Marine multipart kit.

As a person getting back into the hobby, gaming wise, I really like the new boxsets. Dark Imperium was a bit much for me personally to splurge on, since I collect neither SM or DG buuuuut Know No Fear fits in a nice mid ground. Along with a gaming mat it makes it a really good deal. I've heard the rulebook that comes with that is the standard one from Dark Imperium minus the fluff section, is that true?

Also I really really like the new Death Guard. I think it's a return to the old super campy OTT style of pre 2000 40k. It is more comic booky, yeah but personally I like that.

As tempting as the "Know No Fear" set is, I think I might wait for the Start Collecting Primaris set comes out before taking a serious think about picking some up (I have half a chapter of marines, so I don't really *need* Primaris, and have no desire for Nurgle minis).

Do you think a SC Primaris would come with a Repulsor, Intercessors, Reivers and Hellblasters? Or maybe the dreadnought instead of the Repulsor tank?

It never ends well

How are you supposed to pronounce "Reivers"? Is it like raver or reaver?

Like reaver. But with an "i" instead of the "a". Seriously, pronounce the "ei" in reiver the same as in "their"

What if it is a long "I" like in the word Rice?

In this case its pronounced the same as Reaver (the Titan). Its an old word from the English-Scottish border (im from there/here). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Border_Reivers

But the "ei" in "reiver" isn't pronounced the same as the "ei" in "their" (an "ee" sound and an "ay" sound, respectively).

Does anyone know what the "Open War Cards" are in the OP? I haven't seen any information on those.

I don't think we've seen any information on them yet.

If I were to hazard a guess, I would think it might be something like the cards that have unit stats/warscrolls on them that GW has been doing for Age of Sigmar.

your own statement shows gw use the word reaver plenty so what they only copyright every other kit? and just after some one showed reiver to be a old English word for raider, kind fits the high gothic style for an English company

This isn't a coherent statement. What are you trying to say here?

We don't know much about them yet.

Loving the direction of the new DG models, looking forward to seeing how the new vehicle looks as well, curious to see if i like it as much as do the repulser.

doubtful, useally a start collecting box comes with a troops choice, a HQ and a vehicle. although not always, Tau fopr example come with crisis suits instead of a vehicle. I could see a Primaris Box being, 1 Captain, 1 unit of intercessors, and 1 unit of inceptors.

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

This is probably the path I'm taking too. Finding custom bits for this will still be cheaper than buying the characters.. Just need someone to release a Primaris sized powerfist set and maybe a force weapon and we'll be golden.
