Debuffs will be helpful, too.

This is something that's been bugging me recently with Chaos psychic powers. I'm not really complaining about it because I still feel Chaos has the best psychic buffs in the game and the few debuffs we have are really good (Death Hex in a TS detachment is kind of amazing), but it would be nice to get some new debuffs and not just another of our 3000000000000000000 versions of Smite.

That's the thing that bugs me most about these new Psyker powers being just mortal wounds. With the new AP system, GW could be creative with new powers and whatnot, especially with the old generic tables just revisited and adjusted. Could you imagine how much better Pyromancy is with the new AP system?

Love the Abaddoon intro! I'll probably be picking him up.

Did they actually show the new model? I mean I might keep Mini-baddon just for giggles, but a new sculpt wouldn't be entirely unwelcome.

The video at the bottom has some sneak peaks at it. Ive got the old one too, but the details they show on the new one look like they've basically kept the same aesthetic and just updated it, which imo will make a nice model.

Plus he killed a Primaris Lieutenant on the base which is nice.

I'd be interested in some proper Telepathy powers without revisiting the obviously problematic ones like Invisibility. For example, how does Chaos not have a psychic power that causes terror or fallback? This is somehow solely in the realm of bugs and GSC? How does Nurgle not have a power that reduces armor saves on a unit? How does Slaanesh not have a way to reduce FnP saves ('You feel nothing? How tragic, let me help!')?

Really it just comes back to the implementation of Chaos this entire edition, no imagination, rehashing the same crap over and over, nothing new. It's like there was this brief moment of inspiration for Nurgle/Death Guard and then nothing, my opinions on the TS codex are well-documented and largely negative, might as well have just called it the Ahriman codex.

"In relating the circumstances which have led to my confinement in this refuge for the demented, I am aware that my present position will create a natural doubt of the authenticity of my narrative."
