Going with Tiggy for this one. He's not that bad, but just kind of boring. Typhus would be second though.

Chief Librarian Tigurius fails simply for not being special in any way. He has Primaris armor and that is it.

I’m voting for Blackmane; I honestly really like all the other sculpts. I’m not sure what I dislike about him, there’s just something off.
