That's a very cool Wyvern. I'd be a little nervous of that tail holding it up in resin, though.

Personally I'd be buying it for the wyvern alone.

Agree with insaniak's concern though, the tail will hold allthe weight by itself?

Also the greatcoats are looking better and better.

A range of kriegesque heads would really make them 'pop'

Ed started working on a new alien:

Ynek is working on a new project, I don't know if it will get cast or not, but it sure looks interesting!

I apologise that there are no pictures of the whole thing completely built, but there are two very good reasons for that:

1) Some parts, such as the gun mountings and legs, will need to be cast more than once to create a complete kit.

2) Without gluing all the parts together, it would not be easy for me to show you how it would look completely built.

Anywho, less talk, more pictures.

okie dokes... the finishing touches have been put on the tab of the first odachi samurai, and I thought I'd show what the assembled model will look like:

First, a comparison shot:

It says "odachi" on the front of the tab...

and "TFM '10" on the back

Well, that one is finally complete. the next sculpt is underway... stay tuned, more to come.

That Wyvern looks awesome - I'll take or leave the Orc General (but then Orcs aren't my thing), but the pose on the Wyvern is really great.

I like the look of the RAM Python too - anyone else getting Wraithguard undertones?

Wow, those black praetorians are almost identical to my army, they would be an easy way for me to finish a couple infantry squads.

The robot looks super good and the mech looks promising.

I ordered the trenchers and a big mutant the other day... I can barely wait as I am extremely excited for these.

I have got to say the more I look at Troll Forged stuff the more impressed I am.

i could find a home for most of these creations in game settings other than 40k and WHFB and that is definite plus for me. Inspired by but not hampered by one games 'fluff' perhaps?

Not sure when I'll be in position to order anything but i will keep my eye on whats happening.

The models weren't specifically meant for any setting at the time being, meaning they could be used for whatever you want of course. Some of us are currently working on ideas for settings/fluff, but that's something that will probably pop up in the long term!

Agreed on the Engineer - may need to ditch a set of arms...or two...

Really liking the Giger-esque Alien - looking brilliant. Can't wait to see it it finished...

And as for the Mech...

- really would like to see a "compilation" shot showing it in its' entirety. Question though...why wouldn't it get cast once completed?

I originally wanted to whine that the pelvis was rather wide and the legs too far apart. However, with the tail and a dynamic pose, the thing looks amazing. The detail is great.

I really wonder what sort of head you're going to put on it. You can completely change the look of a miniature with your choice of head and weapons.
Ooh, will it be modular?

The engineer would look better without the outer mini arms and the track big arms. Other than that, pretty good. I still like the first robot better, it is really good.
