Ultramarine Blue appears like an odd choice to discontinue, but it may be duplicated under the Game Color line.
It's nice that they're updating the line while keeping it mostly the same, but while I still have a quite a lot of Model Colors that I use I've been replacing them with other paint lines as I run out. There's only a handful of colors I'll keep from the Model Color line, mostly just to color match my existing armies.

Spoiler:
It's also available in the Game Air and Hobby Paint lines. With both Model Color and Game Color using what should be the same formula, it's best to think of them as one paint line.

Those are 3 VERY different hues of blues, I'm less concerned with what line they're sold under than I am with matching old paintjobs. I should probably try and find some more of the old Game Color Ultramarine Blue since that's the main color I used on mine, if I ever add to it. At least Andrea Blue is still in the new VMC line

Never go by the image online, especially one that's a digital image and not of the actual paint.

Yeah, I'll use a chart of colours to get an idea of the difference between two colours (which one is lighter, or a green that is more blue green vs yellow green). But there are so many factors trying to use a digital render of a colour as an actual colour isn't really workable.

Since your flag shows you are in Germany, they should already be available in Europe. It’s the US that’s been having problems getting the new paints. Michigan Toy Soldier Co. has some of the new colors on preorder with a June 5th release date and I believe Miniature Market has some on preorder as well.

Theyre in the UK already, I ordered a bunch recently from wayland to try to grab duplicates of my fave old ones and half of what I got were the new ones.

The easiest way that I've found is that the new paints are 18ml versus the 17ml of the old paints.

I'd agree, but only if retailers are listing by such, and have it correctly listed.
Wayland for example, has the new Goblin Green, shows a picture as such, but still lists it as 17ml. I've noticed with several others as well, that in the list of colours they would have the old photo, but the item description would have the new one.
At this point I'd assume everything is new unless specifically shown to be old.

While that might work in the UK, here in the US where the new Model paints are just beginning to trickle into retail it's best to assume that they're the old paints unless specifically stated otherwise.
