Dark Eldar/Eldar with a corsair raider theme. Dark Eldar Combined arms with Eldar Ally detachment.

10 Storm Guardians, 2 flamers (officers)
Wave Serpent, Twin-Bright Lances (captains ship)
2x10 Warriors, splinter cannon (crew)
2x Raiders, retrofire jets
2x5 Witches, haywire
2x Venom transports, retrofire jets
5 Mandrakes
6 Reavers, 2 heat lances
10 Scourages, 4 haywire blasters
5 Hellions (throwaway objective grabbers)
1 Vyper, Shuriken Cannon
1 Ravager, retro jets

I want an army that is very fast, comes out of nowhere, slaughters imperial citizens and then races off before a real fight starts.
I also want to avoid taking more than 2 of anything, because I like the look of mixed units on the table, even if it would be better to just run 6 ravagers and 14 venoms.
For the Raiders and Ravagers, do you think I should go Dark Lances or Disintegrators?

Lances on reavers are pointless in 7th edition as you will be jinking constantly and therefore snap shooting the weapons. Better off with caltrops.

1 Vyper isnt really adding anything I dont think.

5 random mandrakes are not going to do anything.

Wave Serpent needs holo fields and scattler lasers.

Ravager will have to take lances as you have practically no AT.

Splinter raiders need splinter racks.

Vyper looks cool, so I want to take at least 1.
5 random mandrakes are for hiding. So much of the army is going to be reserved, I don't want turn 1 to end with me having nothing on the table. And look cool. But, I could drop them for some more upgrades.
I've got 2 dark lances, and 6 haywire shots (wyches can throw grenades).
Seems odd that you recommend I drop anti-tank (heat lances and bright lances) and then say I don't have enough anti-tank.

Fire Prism with holofield
Ravager with lances
1 Vyper with bright lance

So it's 2 melta shots, 8 lances, 6 haywires and the Prism shot. At 1850 I squeeze in a 2nd vyper with bright lance.

I like this list, a bit of everything and then some.

Just going to throw out though that this is probably more unforgiving then playing brets against lore of metal spam.

Give the list a try and see how you like it. Best way to make changes.

Looks like way too little AT though.

My 1750 list has 36 specific AT weapons (Lances and Haywire) and 36 dissie shots which are good on rear armor or armor 10 / 11.
