??

I know the DKOK likely wouldnt turn to chaos but is there a canon army who are similar in appearance to the DKOK?

The Vraksian Traitor Militia comes to mind.

Now do they look like the DKOK? With the respirators and everything?

They aren't identical in appearance to the DKOK, but they do have respirators. You could probably use DKOK models with some modifications to represent them. Anyway, you can check out their appearance here.

Proof that no DKoK has ever turned Traitor? I know there is a statistic in one of the older books, but then again the Commissars are meant to be there to make sure they don't sacrifice themselves.

Siege of Vraks book 2 begs to differ.

Have you read the passage from SoV Pt II where a bunch of Death Korps flee the battlefield and kill their Commissars? It's an interesting read

On moon miranda.

To the OP: You can use whatever models you want, there's nothing saying that they couldn't have raided munitorum stores of equipment meant for a Krieg regiment or whatnot. But in and of itself there's no fluff on DKoK looking traitor regiments

Nice try, but no.

There's nothing about them turning Traitor, only a singular instance breaking discipline and are then assigned to penal battalions.

They don't run to the other side a la-Space Wolves and the Wolf of Fenris.

The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

Where does it say there were any repercussions to the broken platoon?

Literally the same paragraph that describes the incident, where it says the entire regiment (which would, by definition, include the ill-disciplined assault squads) was disbanded and sentenced to serve in the penal legions.
