I think the emperor should be counted as a daemon: he's psycicly very powerful, has thousands sacrificed for him every day, and isn't really alive.

Lucius Pattern Dreadnought Drop Pods are FW and IA , and allow the Dread to assault, although it can only carry a Draed.

I have no idea what a caetus assault ram is, but 3 broadsides with plasma rifles can take out pretty much anything if in a good enough position. 240pts

I don't think so, with you neediong 6+ to glance me, I have a Blast Meltagun, and 36" Flat Out, and a 5++ against front damage.

also, the veterans wouldn't beat the achilles and would struggle against a ravager that stays between 24" and 36" away at all times.

Yes DL would still reduce me to AV 12, so you would pen on 5+. However, I have a 5++ save to the front, and a 36" flat out. I need only move 18" when ramming to inflict a Str 10 Hit. +6 for Speed, +1 for tank, and +3 for AV 13. I roll 2D6 and pick the highest when ramming, and have a 5++. Also note that I have a large balst 18" melta shot. And I am a skimmer fast tank. I can deep strike.

I am not so sure on the rules for Acghilles. I kniow it has a TFC and TL MM, but that is it. Bear in mind I could also get a Land Speeder with MM.

It is basically a monolith with 2 MM and a TFC, but with -1 on the damage chart and Power of the Machine Spirit, plus some transport capacity. Even 3 Broadsides don't find it very easy.

True, but that's more likely to hurt you than me, then you get 2 meltas in the face and are in dangerous terrain next turn.

It isn't more likely to hurt me. We both get a Str 10 hit, but I roll 2D6 and pick the highest, and get a 65++ save. You just roll 1 dice and get nothing.
