and now i see you are upping the game on GS work man! that chair looks lovley! the padded backrest! now that is what we all have been waiting for!
the pipes are looks very good... the only thing that is still a bit bland is the smoke stack... didn´t you want to build some more details on that?
and how about adding a tiny ladder to the back of the platform? just long enough to be noticable? something looking like a pool ladder?

all grey...hmmm... didn´t you mention you wanted the walker mostly done in a lokomotive black look?...
by the way...may i suggest filling the shoulders of the driver? there is a massive gap there...
other than that...have fun painting it!

If you're going for a primarily black walker (Black and brass is going to look sweet, btw!), I'd pick a different color for the jacket. That would be a lot of black, IMHO.

I'm going to say an obvious thing, but this tank engine walker is awesome! The feets though look a bit out of general concept to me.
Cheers for pushing it to the stage of painting! Lots of us here lack the determination to get the job finished =)

i have to second that one...dave it is time for mediocre attempts...!!! you put us all to shame...
well of course... i see your point here... ok... what about making the coat a leather coat? a nice bleached bone base and then go wild with devlan mud in multiple thick layers...that looks later on as if it is greasy and oiled leather...
i am quite thrilled if the glazed look will stay or what comes next!
