Hi all. Just wanted to show off some work I'm doing on daemons. The new summoning powers have really set this army apart in terms of versatility, and solves one of the biggest problems with the daemon army in general (weak troops).

I've started off with 20 daemonettes and a soulgrinder. I wanted to do something special with the grinder, so I did some major conversion work on it. I wanted to go with a 'noise marine' theme, so the idea is to make the soulgrinder look like a giant pipe organ.

I hope you like the results. Next step is to add paint.

Working on a daemon prince(ss?)

This is the base form. I think in a lot of ways I prefer it to what I later did. I think my next princess will be just this simple 'proto form'.



This is the eventual product. I'm still learning how to sculpt, and I'm not really pleased with the face or the hair. But the body is okay.

These I call the Deprived. Those who anger Slaanesh are sentenced to an non-existence. They are consumed by the bloated ugly daemon that cuts them off from the rest of the world. They see nothing, taste nothing, feel nothing, hear nothing, smell nothing. Eternally bound in their fleshy prisons, they daemon's insanity drives the beast forward.

GW could learn a thing or five from you! These are frightening, beautiful and the concept for the deprived is straight out of a horror movie I love it.

Wow, these are amazing ^^ They should make that soulgrinder an official Slaanesh one, I really like it.
I think your greenstuff work really fits the theme. You did a good job finding a balance between making a half-naked daemon princess because Slaanesh, while keeping a good menacing chaos atmosphere. Especially the princess, but the same goes up for your other work imo ^^
