I have one squad of command squad, one battle tank, 2 platoons of guard mans, 2 squad of stormtrooper and few heavy team total worth about 500 pts.

I feel it is too few and I still have 5 grey knight terminator lay around.

How can I reuse it into new 7th ed codex and what I need to buy?

You've got the makings of a solid allied detachment there, actually. Especially if you play an elite, low model count any like GK or SM, 500 points of Guard is enough to bring another few dozen Objective Secured scoring models and some dangerous AV14. Here is my standard 'plug in' Guard allied detachment:

Lord Commissar, power sword (could just as easily be a CCS)

Priest

Platoon Command Squad, 4 flames (great defensive unit)

2-3x Platoon Infantry Squads with Lascannons (can sit back and shoot well enough)

20 Conscript (add the priest here, you get 21 Fearless woyndswounds for 85 points, making a great Tarpit/objective holder/mobile cover unit)

Vanquisher with LC/PC

In total, this adds 45-55 extra Objective Secured troops, a tough and dangerous tank and some neat firepower for just under 600 points.

You can always start an AM force with GK allies. Since you already have 5 GK termies lying around, all you need is an HQ for them to be an allied force.

Yeah why not? Because I was thinking about wipe off the grey knight logo using sandpaper and made them Librarians in terminator armour... Erm... 5 Librarians? Keep Grey knight is better idea then!

ML3 Librarian is the only competitive choice now.

That librarian will also give you some psychic denial against psychic armies.

a ML3 Lib is certinly one of the gems of the codex, but I'm not sure I'd call it the ONLY choice. the GK brother-captian/Grandmaster's not a BAD choice eaither. particualrly if you're running an IG gunline and are planning on using your GKs as melee beatsticks.

That said I'd reccomend a Libby as well as they're gonna be cheaper,

Since you are going to add in a GK Librarian, why not put him in Terminator armor? That way he can deepstrike in with the rest of the GK terminators all in the same turn. Talk about a hard hitting reserve force.

As to what you might want to add in next, towards your IG forces. What do you primarily face against you across the battlefield?

GK Librarians come with TDA. Always have.

that one is perfectly suitable. GW uses it as their Librarian in all their photos. I'm honestly not sure why GW doesn't have it listed in the GK HQ section of their website.

Not at all. They're not hard to kill. Just tougher than a normal tank.

Four guys with meltaguns have a decent chance of oneshotting it.

Just got quick peek at astra militarum from my club. No time to read whole book so I just peek at armies list and pts.

What the different between Elysian drop and astra militarum?

Elysian drop I've managed to add up the pts.

It is 935 pts without buy anything or add grey knight to Elysian drop rooster.

(Command squad and 2x Ten men per platoon.)

Vendetta

Elysian units are generally five to ten points more expensive to pay for their Deep Strike and Iron Discipline rules, replace all mentions of the word "chjmera" with "valkyrie", don't get psykers, abhumans or special characters, and get some extra toys.

Oh, and no heavy weapons in infantry squads. Also, you need Imperial Armour 3 Second Edition as well as Codex: Astra Militarum to use them.
