I play FO4 on my PC via a free steam account, and the ability to Mod is good, I have now been running around in "Storyteller" power armor with a shoulder cam and desert camo(desert camo that uses solar power while outside in sunlight.)

Theo: As far as the current topic goes (FO4), I would like to point out that Sony have severely limited the modding potential of the PS4 for games like Fallout 4 and Skyrim. If you think that you (or your kids) will want to take advantage of mods for those games, I would recommend getting the Xbox... however, If you really want to get the best from gaming with mods, I would recommend a PC.

Beyond that, I can't comment on which of the two consoles is "best", the most up to date console I have is a Wii.

I use quite a list of mods, on PC, for Fallout 4 (~40 mods). But I've recently gone back to Skyrim and been modding that even more than I had previously (58 plugins and counting).

I've gone so far into the rabbit hole of modding I have the creation kit for Fallout 4 and have been building in there too.

The settlement building aspect is MUCH better with mods. There really should've been a multiplayer mode, leading Settler armies on raids to other settlements.....

I'm having numerous issues with the orange/yellow paintjob. I think I've decided on a Necromunda Blue or perhaps Government Green?

I just don't like the way the yellow/black hazard stripes look over the orange.

What about dropping the yellow part? Just do black stripes and leave the orange in place of yellow.

Hmmm...indeed, it looks unfinished...are the currently orange parts later to be yellowed? That would fix it...but I think the main issue is with the hazard strips...they look odd for their shape and their placement? Why on the fenders? Dunno if I can remember seeing them anywhere there before...

I think you A) went overboard with the hazards, and B) shoulda just let the orange replace the yellow. But too late now, just don't muck up the blue.

Yeah, we'll revisit that color scheme at a later date.

A possible alternative to yellow/black hazard stripes on orange may be to try red/white hazard stripes. Bit late now, but keep in mind for the future. No guarantees it'll work, but something to try.

Blue looks nice though.

I was behind a railroad service truck and they had orange and white hazard stripes on a white truck. Possible food for thought.

Outlining them with thick black stripe might have helped, but like the blue, interested still to see what you do with this.
