So after yet another Army Painter spray disaster - the can decided to piss silver paint everywhere - I have decided to completely stop using Army Painter sprays; they are crap. Once bitten, twice shy and all that. I gave them the benefit of the doubt last time I had a bad can but no more. I am going to stick exclusively to Halfords primers for general priming but I was wondering if this will make a good alternative to the Army Painter silver spray:

Specifically, I want to spray the model silver to save me having to paint as a first stage - I can then move straight to washes. It looks like the same type of can as their grey primer and I know that is fine but I was wondering if anyone had used their colour sprays and if they are suitable?
