To start, I love October, especially eggnog! I could drink eggnog forever. I could be NOGMAN!

Back OT, what's your favorite alcoholic drink? I currently have a Top 5, in descending order:

Vegas Bomb - Peach Schnapps, Red Bull, and Crown Royal, served Jaeger Bomb style

Eggnog with Captain Morgan's, a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg

Dr. Pepper with Captain Morgan's

Orange juice with Malibu coconut rum

Coffee with St. Brendans

Ale, preferably Hobgoblin, but I'm not averse to anything with mud and twigs in it. If it's Scotch it has to be single malt and preferably from the western coat of Scotland. That or 'The Yamazki' I believe it's called. Japanese single malt and its like drinking Angel tears mixed with ambrosia..

And if money is no object it would be the Yamazki aged 50 years... $12,000 a bottle to you sir!

It really is bloody brilliant stuff. Ultra smooth, kinda peaty with a nose like a ripe fruit basket and a lovely tang of Vanilla. Whenever I fly abroad (which is fairly often), I try and find a bottle in duty free. Even then it can set me back upwards of £150.

Here's some more on it...

Favorite drink?

It's my favorite for a couple of reasons, mainly because we need it to live and because nothing beats a cold glass of water.

I also love margaritas: high quality tequila and triple sec, on the rocks, no salt

Right now I'm a sucker for Carnegie Porter.

Otherwise I like pretty much any Czech or Croatian beer. Bourbon (Jim Beam at the moment) is my go-to for a stronger drink.

Squatting with the squigs

Tea , teabag in, no milk with a spoon of sugar to take a small bitterness out of the taste, I drink it both cold and hot.

At the moment I am a big fan of boxed wine due to the cost and my raging alcoholism.

5 litres for $17 dollars????? count me in

You are all drink snobs with your eggnog and yamakazi whiskey!

Ah goon, to be a broke uni student again and feel your sweet sweet caress.

As someone who graduated recently, I no longer have the patience for the harsh mistress that is 'the sack', so I'd go with beer of varying shapes, sizes, types and tastes, but at the moment Lowenbrau would have to be up there, partially because I like the taste, partially because my favourite joint serves it by the litre. Alongside buckets of pork belly. So yeah.

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

I also like a tall glass of ice cold Stolichnaya

I'm not much of a drinker anymore, but I am fond of the Angry Orchard hard ciders, and if I must have beer, I prefer corona.

For mixed drinks, I tend to like margaritas and other tequila based drinks.

For nonalcoholic, I like iced tea.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Tea.

Though I also like a variety of soft drinks.

I don't have alcohol much, but am fond of mead and real ale and from time to time a tipple of cognac.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

I like beer. Just none of that pumpkin flavored swill that everyone has out right now. I would take PBR over that crap.

My favorite mixed drinks are mojitos (properly made of course).

And for the non alcoholic side, water. Although as a Paramedic student right now, I am pretty much on an IV drip of Rockstar (all other energy drinks suck).

I agree with this, as well.

As an ardent Kentucky Bourbon drinker, I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did.

It's very good.

Ugh, I can't mix whiskey.

As for non-alcoholic drinks I love Fontana Pineapple, at least during the summers. Otherwise water is always a winner.

Alcohol-wise I can only really drink strawberry and lime Kopparberg, but recently I can't even stomach that.

In general, though, my favourite drink is tea - Yorkshire Tea specifically.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.
