aw man, no apologies needed...I've only actually played a handful of games of 40k ever, but i've been collecting and painting my army for several years.
I'm too slow, I don't know the rules well enough, I spend too much time flipping back and forth through the books looking things up. That irritates people, so I need another novice to play with to get to know the rules I guess.
..The Catachans continue to grow though

Yeah, I have the same problem. I'm way more interested in modelling and building, than playing. I mean, I'm building an Ordinatus fer F*cks sake.

I'm hoping to start building up a local campaign group of beer-and-pretzels gamers, who aren't worried about not knowing the page-and-paragraph of all the rules, but want to play to have a good time.

I could join a local group of geeks, but historically it has always been hard for me to keep regular gaming schedules..Of course back when I played a crap-ton of Necromunda I was also in college and working two jobs....perhaps now would be better
