Subject: Miniature suggestions for AT-43?

Having got my hands on the AT-43 rulebook and campaign books, plus the Therian army book, I have somewhat fallen in love with the AT-43 fluff. I particularly like that the 'villains' of the piece, the Therian, are just pragmatic and opportunistic, as well as haughty, instead of just plain old evil. I'm not sure what I make of the Karmans, though...
Of course, there is an inherent problem with my liking of AT-43; while I can still get my hands on AT-43 miniatures to a certain extent, much of the range is gone - I can barely purchase half of what is included in the Therian army book, let alone what is included in the campaign books also. Which is why I come to you, fellow Dakkanauts, to ask this question:
What miniature manufacturers produce good substitutes for the AT-43 range?
Looking at Mantic Games, their miniatures seem to cover a lot of bases in regards to the UNA; the basic Troopers, Rangers and so forth look to make good Star Troopers, Steel Troopers, Morningstars and other basic troops, while Enforcers could make for passable TacArms (although not perfectly), and the Deadzone Striders would make for passable light striders, such as the Firetoad. While Mantic has the bonus of being cheap, they aren't the best fit, and they don't really cover any of the other factions; they could maybe pull of Red Blok with the above purchases, but they don't have anything for Therians, Karmans or Cogs.
Do the rest of ye internetters have any suggestions of any manufacturers, ranges, or individual miniatures that could resuscitate AT-43 for me?

For Mechs, and vehiclesI'd suggest the following.
Scotia Grendel: In their "Kryomek" lines they have alot of walkers and some small tanks. The Void line has two very nice mechs and some vehicles.
Robogear: Check on ebay for these russian made plastic kits. Quite affordable.
For Cogs, Karmans and therians, you may be Out of luck. Your best bet is probably to buy what you can from those ranges and use what you can get as the basis for conversions.
Alternatively it might be easier to reimagine the faction as a different race and choose a line of minis that might fit some of the race's traits.
Therians could be replaced by one of the many Bio-mechanical races.
Cogs could be any alien race that makes extensive use of machines.
As for Karmans, that's tough.

Cheers Eilif; I was looking at Dust Tactics/Warfare too, as their walkers could make for good striders, and their infantry would be passable too.
It's a pity, I am quite keen on Therians, but like you say, I could reimagine them; I do feel that, while they look good, Rackham could have taken them in a different direction, so there's that to muse over

I'm not sure; while I'd be willing to be liberal about what the Therians looked like; I never imagined them to be mutated robot/zombie/Necron Flayed ones crossovers. It's good look though, I'll certainly look at their range for other projects!

Therians are constructed of nanomachines and are literally just robots that actual Therians, who are humans, are controlling on the internet in simulated combat.
(Which is why I love the Therians btw. And they're totally the good guys.)
Honestly for Therians and UNA you can get army lots pretty cheap on ebay.
See if this guy will do overseas shipping
